OPEN HOUSE: 8U-10U | Born 2011-2013

Open House is an opportunity for potential Academy players to meet staff and learn more about the club. Per state regulations, we will hold Open House the week of June 29th.

  • Use OPEN HOUSE registration to participate for more information prior to signing up for the season
  • Use 2020-2021 SEASON registration to sign up for next school year

Registration is for boys and girls born 2011-2013 interested in joining Bavarian Soccer Club for the 2020-2021 season

  • Registration is FREE
If you are unable to attend Open House but still interested in joining for next season:

  1. Complete registration
  2. Add a note in comments
  1. Register for age appropriate Open House
  2. Attend age level assigned time
    • Arrive 20-30 minutes early on Day 1 to check-in and warm up
    • Bring cleats, soccer ball and plenty of water
    • Parents can stay or leave. There will be a brief coach/parent meeting at the start of Day 1
    • Let staff know if player is unable to attend both days
  3. On a May 15, players are invited to join for the 2020-2021 season
    • Those wanting to join for the 2020-2021 season, need to complete the online registration prior to JUNE 31. Registrations received after June 31 will be rostered on a space available basis

For those JOINING for the 2020-2021 season:

  1. Complete online age level pool registration
    • Link provided in email
    • Minimum $250 deposit required
    • Complete and upload event waiver during online registration
    • Consent to BSC policies
  2. Attend assigned Team Meeting night
    • Meet coach and manager
    • Confirm|Choose jersey number
    • Sample uniforms available for sizing
    • Purchase spiritwear
    • *NEW PLAYERS* Complete Age Verification (birth certificate) validation
  3. Order uniform online
    • Email sent from Stefans MyUniform several days after Team Meeting night
    • Order prior to stated deadline to receive automatic 10% discount
    • Required items are clearly marked
    • NOTE: Older versions of backpacks and warm-ups are acceptable, even if the style has changed

  2. Attend age level Tryout at the assigned time
    • Arrive 20-30 minutes early on Day 1 to check-in, receive assigned number, and warm up
    • Bring cleats, soccer ball, and plenty of water
    • Parents can stay or leave. There will be a brief coach/parent meeting at the start of Day 1
    • Let admin staff know if player is unable to attend both days of Tryouts
  3. On a TBD date, staff will send team placement offers via email for the 2020-2021 season
    • Accept or Decline the offer within 24 hours using the link in the offer email
    • Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in a player's spot being offered to another
    • Contact age level appropriate Program Director with questions

For those ACCEPTING for the 2020-2021 season:

    1. Complete online team registration
      • Link provided in email
      • Minimum $250 deposit required
      • Complete and upload event waiver during registration
      • Consent to BSC policies
